Yes, I have some tips for you about o.c.
If you plane on making a o.c. make sure that it's orignal.
If you want to make fan-fiction ( pokemon, anime, ect.) , characters as your own chara. you need to change the chara at least 30precent or higher.(my recommendation)

The word collab for art means to make a project with two or more people.
Basicly one person starts the project and the other person helps and/or ends the project.
I notice that some artist do all the work and wont need your help. :0
