Personality: A bit snooty and mean, but has a huge insecurity no one knows about.
Powers:
-She can freeze people by looking at them, but unlike a full basilisk, it doesn't kill them and she can control it.
-Her nails are poisonous
Quirks:
-She wears gloves all the time because she has scales all over the back of her hands, parts of her arms, and her back.
-She has a forked tongue.
