Another main character in my Arthroplane project.

Brilzey is another individual who possesses a remarkable power shared only by a select few arthroplanians. She's bright, peppy and highly energetic, and can be scatterbrained at times, but she also has a surprisingly sensible and even sardonic side to her, and knows when to keep her friends in line. She may or may not have a quirk where her antennae pick up transmissions, including those from alternate universes.
