After everything I've seen the royals do, I've decided to offer to join up with them. Their morals seem far better than Gelvak's, but I need to see a little more proof before I allow myself to be hired. What about Gelvak, you ask? His actions and poor morals are in breach of my contract, which means I don't have to be under his employ anymore (Plus he still hasn't paid me a nugget). Somehow I don't think he'll take too kindly to my leave, so I'm expecting strong resistance or worse.
If worst does indeed come to worst, I want you to show the royals this letter. But unless that happens, keep this a secret. I want to see their genuine reaction to me offering to join them. It will help me determine if they truly have good morals. So, if this letter becomes difficult to keep secret, burn it. Or eat it. Whichever way you can dispose of this letter best without leaving a trace of it.
Hopefully, the next time we meet, I'll be on your side.
