I appologise for the TLoM-hiatus, I haven't really had much motivation to do this, especially with Backstory, they are both time consuming to make.Also sorry if the text is a little small. I guess the jail runs on the honor system. They lock you up and then proceed to leave you completely unsupervised. XD
When you think about it, Tingle could have easily escaped on his own through the tunnels.
