Regis' VA would definitely be Troy Baker. Prime Example for his voice in action would be Mitsunari Ishida from Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes. Some really good shiz right there! <3 >u<
Willow's voice on the other hand--- The VA I chose out for her, I don't actually have their name. Just look up the voice for Quinn from League of Legends. Quinn's voice fits Willow pretty well imo. uvub

Aw yeh, Troy Baker's got an awesome voice, can't argue with the awesome job he did on Vinent Brooks.
I'm afraid if I think too much on who Ferrum's is, I realize that it's probably just whoever did Frederick in Awakening. AND WE CAN'T HAVE THAT NOW.
