I'm going to cosplay as Damara for Halloween this year,I just got the whole outfit today(Woo!),but I got to figure out how to do the horns,they're some tutorials where you have to use clay&a hot glue gun,but tbh I don't think I can make the horns because Idk how I'm going to be able to even get a hold of a hot glue gun.IDK WHAT TO DO,WWEH If there is an easier way to make the horns,please tell me! >_<

Thats so cool!
For halloween, Im hoping on being able to save up for a Terezi Costume but I may not get to do halloween again this year because my friends birthday is on halloween.
As for Damaras horns, Have you looked at Welovefines horns yet? They have Megido Horns -felt- For 15$.

usuzlly i use model magic with a pipe-clean skeleton i'd reccemend that to you if you want something easy just make sure it's all one piec and to make the rigdes in the horns wrap a string around the model magic...

Ah ok. :p I can never afford supplies and don't know what I need and often screw up when trying to make things with them so I often get things online. Not like online is cheap or anything xD

There is a tutorial on YouTube by.. like... lemme go check.. msundeadrainbow and she does horn tutorials with fabric.. you could check that out but I'm pretty sure there is a hot glue gun needed for the headband :/
