I can't decide if this is a new form, or a redesign of the old one. :I It's very similar to the other one, enough to just be a design change, but it takes away some of how his markings are the opposite of Wish's... Eh, either way, I'm keeping the old one in #stardustrefs for now, and he'll get a form like Wish's new one eventually. :P

Other:He was 'born' in same way as Wish, soon after her. He calls her his twin/sister, though she really isn't, and it drives her crazy. He doesn't know some things that most would by the age he seems, but he hides it fairly well, unlike Wish. He likes to tease, and is a bit jealous of Wish because she came first and is generally more well liked. (Mostly due to his attitude.) Sometimes he'll play some (frequently magical) tricks to try to get attention.
