1) Well, cat eyes are way different than human eyes. Make sure the eyes aren't just circles or ovals. (in other words, use asian-like eyes xD)
2) When drawing the neck, make it REAL thick. A cat's neck is pretty much its upper body.
3) Cats have mussels(I hope that's how you spell it), so when drawing the cat's face at a certain angle(ex. the blue eyed cat as shown above) make sure the nose pops out a little.
4) If you're still having trouble, look up some references! Find some pictures, try tracing them or copying them.
