In english version, I remember her saying "Come with me" and not "Follow me", and in Japanese version "Issyoni kite" (or so).

My favorite navi story: I was playing through ocarina of time for the first time, and i was at the lost woods as an adult.(at the maze before the forest temple.) I got to the maze, and navi said that there was danger. I was all like: "Shut up Navi!", and ran around the corner. what happened next nearly gave me a heart attack. moral of the story: listen to navi.
