I went crazy with the blue, and water and reflections are not at their best, meh, but it was still fun to imagine. :)
By the way, this is an english translation I found online, but the one I had in french in my book was more like :"Ah! A firefly flying/ I wanted to shout : "Look!" / But I was alone".

In all seriousness, this painting is splendid :D! The reflection adds a nice touch, and you're a *Epic voice* WATER MASTER!
Also, since haikus are japanese, there have been several translations for just one haiku XD. I liked your translation better. It made me "feel" the poem.
Re: Hahaha XD, I guess you could always use internet as you did just to be safe. You still can translate them though. I sometimes do that, but I translate English to Spanish. It's a bit more difficult the other way around because sometimes they use weird words that I don't know the translation @_@.
