Charlie is a good natured dog
who despite being a little nerdy or quiet sometimes, he pays attention to things.
His social skills are not too bad, but prefers to be around family.
Age:
Freshman college student, so around 17-18. Studying for basics does not know what to do yet. Mixed breeds of course.

I imagine him living in some type of zootopia world.
