Ok so tracers. Now there are two types, types that are ok and ones that aren't. Ok tracers will give credit where it is due and recognize they aren't completely deserving of all the praise of what they did. Now bad ones do just the opposite, and obviously this is a bad thing to do, and I don't think that some know how bad. For example in a proffesional enviorment tracing will get you fired, no ifs, ands, or buts, you will be fired and you will have a hard time getting back in the buisness.
