Epoch (Pronounced EE-PO-H-CK) is a word which basically means a long time/period. #EchoClockworkCon He's a Golden Clockwork Wolf who rules over space and time, travelling through dimensions, the past, the present and the future on a cloud of darkness. He can alter time, like fastfowarding or rewinding and in doing so, he can affect a single target or his surroundings. (I tried making it as simple as I could, as I didn't want you to struggle with re-creating him in your own style.)

I forgot to mention; He can affect his surroundings but not his target too (like the world gets younger or older around him and his target).
