Tatsucoatl by Antifreeze
Here's a new character, Tatsucoatl, his name is a combination between the japanese name Tasuo, meaning 'dragon man,' and the nahuatl word Coatl, meaning serpent.
And here's a Bio.
While Tats may seem serious at first he's actually really gentle. His hobbies include gardening and observing nature, but he can enjoy any activity if he wants. He originally came from Central America and went North for unknown reasons.
