Whatever color the game sprites show. In other words, official color. You can find shiny sprites of all pokemon by going to this website: www.serebii.net

For shiny sprites, unless you look them up you likely will hardly encounter them so that's why I mentioned that. My first shiny was a golbat that was lost when my brother misplaced the gamecube memory card. And the whole story of how I lost a wild shiny oddish *facepalm
