"NUTS!" is what was replied to the german commander when the German commander requested that we surrended because we were out numbered and we were loseing the battle but General MacAuliffe wasn't going to surrender so he told them "NUTS". We won the battle because the germans decided to attack one at a time and not simultaneously. If they did attack like that we would have lost the battle.
