Seraphim are rare, and extremely powerful. They reside in areas of 'sacred ground' ie: Temples, Shrines and the like, where they serve as guardians, protecting the holy land from demons and others who wish to destroy it. They're usually complacet, and will not attack unless outright provoked OR if the area they're guarding is in danger, in which case, they will hold nothing back.
Their main weapons are staves (Females) and swords and shields (males) but they can also attack with pillars/beams of purifying light, which burns the spirit/soul BEFORE the body. (Basically, they cook you from the inside out 'xD) Their light is espically powerful on demon types, or dark elementals, but they themselves are also weak to those types.
They ALWAYS keep their faces covered by their hoods. In fact, there's a rumour that if you ever stare into a Seraphim's eyes, you will be blinded by their purity, or outright burst into flames. It is unknown if this is true however. (Continued)

Seraphim are highly intelligent, but they rarely, if ever speak. If they do, their voices have a haunting echo-like quality, that seems to reveberate inside the hearers own mind leading many to believe that Seraphim can read minds, however, it is also unsure if this is true...Seraphim also never walk, but instead hover or fly to move around, making them practically soundless.
In very rare cases, a Seraphim may reconize a person as a pure 'god-like' being worthy of their aide, and will in turn stay WITH that person, acting as a bodyguard and treating them as a 'master' of sorts. Again, this is EXTREMELY rare, but not impossible.
