Hey...I don't know you very well..But believe me when I say you're a wonderful person...who has all rights to live...I know the dark place you're in now...I know how freaking horrible that is...but believe me..Someday...it will be better...Maybe not today...not tomorrow..but someday...It can't stay dark forever...the sun has to break through sometime..Just stay strong..stay hopefull..and everything will be okay..You can do it. I believe in you.

And I also know the feeling of not wanting to eat and not feeling hungry..I'm struggling with that myself..Just try to eat small portions, spread over the day. Eat the things you have the least trouble with to eat. I know how hard it is to eat without feeling hungry or without enjoying it...it's horrible...but your body needs that energy to feel better. If you start eating again, you'll probably slowly but steady start feeling better over time.

Also here's a thing I've heard that might help against insomnia:

Lie in bed and try your best to stay awake WITHOUT using your phone, 3DS or watching tv. Just lie in bed, in the dark and try staying awake. This is very tiresome for your body and might make you fall asleep.
