A new idea that has been stewing around in my head. I'm supposed to be getting a new computer capable of animation, so I can make at least a 128-bit endless runner. Plot explained in the comments.

ENDLESS RUNNER MODE
Depending on your STARTER character, either Angelo, Diablo, or Matt, one of the others is taken prisoner by a dark force yet to be named. The two remaining brothers slash through endless hordes of monsters, witches, and the like.
FUN MODE
Basically the same as Endless Runner, but no consequences, and makes for a faster game. Eris and Lucifer team up and dance to the "Beat" (basically reskinned 1HKO enemies) to earn Hearts, which can be used to unlock new features and Game Modes.
GOD MODE
Power up your player with Hearts and Coins you earn throughout the game and head into a Boss Beatdown! Every five rounds is a hiatus where you can further upgrade with rewards from your previous fights. Go until you can fight no longer!
