he shows a sign or symbol in his face to express himself, he is pretty tall, he has a tattoo that goes from his arm to his back, idk his name yet but I'll post more about him later :]

What does he wear? Does he prefer to just put paint all over his body to cover himself, or does he simply have low hanging pants and shoes/naked feet?
What kind of personality does he have?

Does the tattoo have any meaning/serve a purpose for his character? Such as, the tattoo is a representation of his mind, or a map of his many struggles throughout his life? or is it simply there as a design? Whatever costume he wears should be fitting to whatever landscape this character preoccupies (for example, wearing an extravagant costume meant for a ball dance would be a terrible choice of clothing for a snowy tundra). Also, how could his personality be shaped by the environment he's lived in/is living now?
