TBH i dont get these myself, but i suggest meditation, hobbys, or seeing a thearapist. You should talk to someone, find a quiet place, or doing something you enjoy (Nothing too rough till you get over it though) once you stop getting panic attacks, you should just take it easy. c:

You OK? I read it and I might suggest a psychiatrist or a therapist. Try taking it easy and not stress out so much.
