Ok (Hi for one, im baaaaack) I heard recently you had some anxiety problems. My guide to help with this: One: Talk to some one, dont suffer quietly. I have suffered for my whole life up until seventh grade, dont do the same! Two: Find a way to channel your stress. (my social anxiety happens to occur when very angry or upset) Basically, dont let it build up. Find a way to relieve the built up 'stuff'. Use art! You dont even have to show anyone. And Three: Give yourself alone time. It really helps. I prefer alone time at night, but anytime is fine.

Its a Great Game, but half the time I'm too scared to play it. My body shakes and my heart pumps rapidly.
