ok ima be honest i didnt even plan him out i literally just "went with the flow" as i drew him idk how i did it but it happend xD
all i knew was "a perky guy that likes dawn" thats lITERALLY all i had planed out xD
and you might be thinking "how can a guy like him like dawn?" etc, wELL, i havent talked much about Dawn yet, shes basically still a new oc so you never know she could have a crazy side too xD

oh and another thing idk y but literally the fIRST name that came up to my head was rubin, it just came outa no where xD but i think it fits him :3
so yeah this pretty much clears everything up about him, ill probably give more info about him/ fun facts along the way like almost every artist does so we'll see, i tried to my best to fill this whole painting with info and doodles soo yeah xD
