Tutorials are kind of a pain to make, but the results usually nice.
I keep my shading simple because my art looks terrible when I get out of hand xD

I love the hair. I love the eyes (and how they are the only colored thing). I love the ears. I love the shading and how it looks realistic but also kind of like anime - I love everything!
