Yes! You may join. Marine dolphins and pilot whales are allowed but river kinds are not. I'd rather orcas not join as some cultures eat marine mammals, same with pygmy orcas. Pseudorcas are allowed. No larger cetaceans like monodonts. And no baleen whales
