Also her fur creates static through muscle twitching- thats how its generated. Running also generates sparks. Think of how Electrike from Pokemon generates electricity.
Also yeah shes possessed during and partially after. Deal with it.

She has more power at her disposal but I'm too braindead to think of the others.
Spark Barrier- Barrier with electric capabilities. Medium strength. Contact will electrocute, possibly cause paralysis.
Shock Pit- Electrically charged circle forms around the user. Contact with the affected area will electrocute. Effect wears off after 10-15 minutes.
