This was an unused side character I had. So you can have them if you'd like.
They have no name or gender you decide that. Personality wise is a range from overly cheerful to very moody. They are easily amused but it's hard to impress them too. They're picky about certain things and may make a big deal about it if it really bothers them. They are very talkative and can speak a small range of other languages.
