-This may or may not be an excuse to draw Lugia-
So I was thinking of legendary pokemon that might be used by Team Aqua besides Kyogre and immediately Lugia came to mind. (Followed by Keldeo, Scuicune, and Articuno) So I doodled a Lugia on paper and traced it onto here and BAM, new picture.
