Claude asked Dewey if he could have a growth capsule and he got it.
What happened was that he grew up to 18 years and his hair grew along with his age x'D
tbh, this isn't what he'd look like as an 18 year old, his hair would be shorter and pure violet, his clothing would be slightly the same as his AlMaajik/Dark Sultan clothing and his personality won't be the same shy boy.
