She is probably one of the few alicorns at birth ever, outside of the Royal Herd. So, she's not an official Queen, but she's quite powerful, having all her life to get strong.

She's not "evil," as in, she's not bent on killing everyone, but if you even so much as talk to her, she will think, or actually ki// you slowly and painfully.
She was born to two pegasus parents, who were clearly racist, so they began arguing as to who had unicorn in thier blood. They both did, but they denied and relations to any unicorns, and they divorced. They made Queen live on her own.
The alicorn princess weren't born yet, so everyone thought she was a freak. Whenever she lashed out, her magic was uncontrollable, and someone got injured, one time, almost fatal. She was kicked out of her small town, and.... The rest is to be found out... It's almost like it's been... erased from history.......
