Effect: Water flowing arms that allow the user to extend grip on items, allowing melee weapons to be used from a far. It can also neutralize flare type attacks. If the user is hit by a voltage-type attack, however, the user's weapons are dropped and electricuted, thus sustaining critical damage.

Personally, I'd use them to punch and guard.
