The face looks pretty great. The anatomy is decent, except for the arm and hand.First figure out what pose you want this arm to have, because the body language will send a certain message to the visual audience, the people viewing this. Make the rest of the arm a bit more equal in length to the part of the arm that begins at the shoulder and ends at the elbow. Then, figure out what you want the hands to say. Hands can tell alot about a character, and certain forms of body language with the hands show emotion just as much as the face does, so it is crucial to get the hands looking expressive and the body language to match the expression the face gives off.

You're definitely not doing a terrible job, you just need to look at references first before drawing. They help alot at getting you to understand how forms of anatomy work.
