In fact, she is a character in my series as a secondary antagonist. She's a former mage who got banished from her homeland because she practices blood magic and it's forbidden there. Her punishment was getting eaten by wild dogs, but she escaped by using blood magic on them. The upper part of her face got badly mauled, hence the skull mask (made out of an actual skull).

She is a shape-shifter, so the skull changes with whatever she turns into.
