I dont think it's possible because I have flipnote 3D, and in order for you to get it, you had to complete the club nintendo offer for that week.

actually you could have gotten it for months, it was availible unil club nintendo shut down but the shut down last month

yeah i wasnt following flipnote news for some time due to not being sure if it was out or not T^T
