Noni Macaroni! by Aizume Bluetail
Noni is sort of a weirdo and a loner. She has sort of a creepy demeanor that might scare most people away, but she's really sweet and just wants to make friends.
She also speaks mostly in third person ("Noni finds this interesting!") and will refer to people by name rather than using pronouns. (She doesn't understand them.)
She also really likes animals, but at the same time is interested in rather creepy topics, like necromancy.

She also has the tendancy to say whatever is on her mind, no matter how awkward or uncomfortable.
Her favorite teacher would most likely be the dark magic teacher. XD
Also, whatever roommate is available, she's totally fine with. :3
