It can be either Official Character or Original Character. Depends on what the author has made. If the character belongs to a gaming or animation corporation then you use Official chara. If the author has made is no recolor and has a quite interesting personality and developement then is Original character ((Almost all charas people make are quite interesting x3 some are good, some may need to restart but hey, I am no one to judge))
