Daily 61 by Papercut
Water can be really tricky to paint, and on top of that there are some fundamental mistakes here. Need to give this another shot tomorrow.

I think the waterfall just needs some hints of the green and blue tones that you have used in the river below

Yeah, the lighting is definitely the culprit. Where it hits on the waterfall is not consistent with where it hits the rocks, and neither is the intensity.
