Sounds like you are introverted. Introverts' nervous systems are more easily bombarded than extroverts. I know I'm one too since I prefer being alone in quiet. And at work I can get stressed when a rush of people come in to order food and it doesn't seem to stop
If I may ask, what do you do for work that requires long distance traveling?
