He usually doesn't speak unless asked to or if it's necessary. He usually has to use his talisman (gold medallion) to improve his overall confidence.

The talisman also helps him shapeshift and stay that way longer because he isnt confident enough in himself.
He typically doesnt use his wand or broom because he can cast with his hands or tome, and he'd rather shapeshift to fly.
His familiar is a raccoon named Maxwell who looks after Z'ev and gets items Z'ev asks for.
His ink is used to create temporary talismans and to animate small objects usually for his comfort.

Forgot to say he likes to shapeshift into a werewolf. in either form he will let you play with his hair. be gentle
