Yeah, smaller group roleplays would probably work but then again, who would go to the smaller grouped rps and how would each character be able to interact with each other individual character?
There's a chance one character and another never meet or something?

And at the same time it'd be good to have smaller group rps so you could figure out a 'relationship' of sorts to the two characters and it'd be easier to figure out personalities for the comic.

Why not both? XD Do a comic for the main storyline, but people can do smaller RPs between characters that are close together or something? Sorry, I just REALLY want to RP as my guys, but it can't be EVERYONE at once 'cause that would get way too crazy o.o''

I would do a comic instead of an rp. I've tried a group rp with a clan I joined, and it kinda went out of hand. A lot of people quit because they didn't want to continue the rp, and no one could be there when everyone else was. (Btw, if you do a comic, I could help with it if you need any help! owo If not, then okay xD ).
