He also creates souls and bodies for those souls.
He's a scientist and his whole life's work is researching on trying to make a new species but for now, all of his creatures are made from the blood of a donor and a few drops of his own.

Additional information:
His accent is what you have when you mix together a strong Russian accent with a not-as-strong British accent.
He never really gives his own opinions. If you ask him a question on his point of view, he'd tell you facts. If you ask him for advice, he will normally tell you the good of doing the options but also the consequences that come with them.
Hugs are not really his expertise.
When he needs to, he'll run at full speed which to a human looks like a blur.
He does not drink blood unless his urges become too strong. Normally that is on his birthday or a full moon.
You will never see him in something casual. His entire wardrobe is full of vests, slacks, collared shirts, ties, bowties, trench coats, and suits.
He cannot see without his glasses....at all...
The buttons on his glasses allow him to access files, the internet, GPS trackers, see into someone's soul--the list goes on.
He values trust and respect more than friendship.
He treats his creations as if they were thee most important things in his life. He protects them and loves them (but is not a doting father.)
All his creations call him father or creator.

And is harsh sometimes as well...
