the hand is just unfinished, there's nothing special on the other hand so i didnt bother drawing it

and yes thats part of the E in E3, E3 stands for Electronic Entertainment Expo and the 3 comes from the 3 Es

Ordinarily I'd say brown boots, but black really seems to suit here. It's cool to see you drawing some more custumes, by the way.
