This is sadly so true..I've been here since july 2012...And I've also seen it happen. The community used to be so much more tighter back then. Like a family. Now the sense of community is disappearing..And colors is slowly dying.

I guess I qualify as an "oldie" now, maybe?
But man, Colors! has really deteriorated since I started. It's really sad to watch it collapse into a cesspit of thieves, anger and unused accounts.

I've only been here for about a year and there has been such a decline, it's pretty dissapointing

okay so popular people quit/become inactive that means that we should lose hope for this place.
What you think they're gonna be around forever? When they quit, do you think they had the intention of Colors! going down in a slow delcine. I'm pretty sure they thought everyone would be able to move on.
Constantly moaning about how good the "old days" were isn't going to bring them back.
Life changes, and if you can't move along with it then I don't know what else to say.

Omg, I totally understand. This place seems to have died. I only joined in July 2013, but this place really has just, well, withered up and died. If I had SAI or something I wouldn't be on this likely at all.

Yeah. Colors seems to have gotten somewhat barren these days. In terms of new paintings, I've gotten a bit slower [even though it's summer]. I understand what ya' mean here... ; U

Well the colors community does suck a lot nowadays
All the things you listed are totally true and I agree that sometimes I just feel like leaving this place
But somehow I keep coming back, just to see that the community has become even worse than last time
I do hope that you don't leave though, your art is always fun to see when I come here
