Yep. It's pretty much like a web version comment, except you can still see it on 3DS.

Ugh, yes, longer descriptins would be wonderful! It seems that comments have longer limits.

Re: Have you ever heard of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome? According to WebMD, it's "numbness, tingling, weakness, and other problems in your hand because of pressure on the median nerve in your wrist." Later down it says, "You may first notice symptoms at night. You may be able to get relief by shaking your hand." That sounds at least partly like what you mentioned.
I don't see anything about stretching helping, but some things they list are stopping activities that cause numbness or pain, resting your wrist longer between activities, icing your wrist, pain meds, and wearing a splint at night.

A little something I find interesting, CTS doesn't effect the pinky.

I agree. I don't think it's that it isn't possible to add, because tablet comments appear as normal on 3DS, and web posts/ comments on Miiverse appear as normal on Wii U and 3DS Miiverse as well. I honestly don't know why you can't see them.
