This is something I learned recently. I've been drawing as long as I can remember, and all that time I've neglected to properly stretch my wrists. Lately I've been hurting a bit when I draw, and I can NOT warn you enough, especially those who draw frequently, REMEMBER to STRETCH!
These poses are some that I found searching "wrist stretches" online. I seriously recommend looking into it.
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

I'm being so serious about this because art is a HUGE part of my life. To imagine life without drawing is absolutely DREADFUL to me, and I'm sure there are others who feel the same. I want to help you all preserve your wonderful gift.

Whenever I draw (especially on pencil and paper) my thumbs get numb. Then I have to shake it out to get the feeling back

Hmm... I tend to draw with paper and pencil mostly at night so of course that's when symptoms start. But when it comes around it affects my drawing. At least feels weird. So I stop and let it rest. I'm not worried, especially since I rarely use paper anymore

Thanks. Now if I was paper drawing constantly and it happened often I'd be worried. Does carpal tunnel cause permanent paralysis or what? I'm unsure of the symptoms

I had deja vu yesterday (two days ago?). The 9th, on my bf's birthday. I told him and his family the story of how my mom's auto correct changed her text of telling me to "unplug her nook" to "suck my n.uts" xD no joke it really happened. They started laughing and on the ride to his place I got the sense that I told them that story before

It's strange, it's like you're missing that memory but you just know it happened before
