Honestly, I can't think of anything off-hand that needs improving P: Your anatomy is spot on, your shading is perfect (ahhh, everything is so great x'D)....maybe backgrounds? They tend to be simplistic (and I actually like that with the amount of detail you put in your people and pandas) but I'd definitely think trying for a lot more with them could help? D:
I'll try thinking of some other stuffs if I can but I'd pretty much have to be nitpicking because your art reaaaally is solid. :O

you dont draw males that often, maybe its because you cant draw them idk but i struggle with drawing them too, if you do then just practice practice practice!

A little diversity in drawing noses would be cool.

more XTREEM facial expressions! that comic about your dog had a lot of life despite being silly, and I think you should try and bring that into your serious art.

I would say the composition. Try different compositions for your works. Thinking about the empty space is super important and helps a lot. Because that empty space has a shape too and the space it occupies is needed to let the 'subject' of the painting breath.
I really hope to be helpful to you, you have a lot of potencial! Keep going! :D
