Special talent: Being exceptionally talented at arcane magic. He is able to manipulate dark matter.
Short bio: If there was a contest for being Equestria's biggest stick-in-the-mud, Cygnus would win 1st, 2nd, AND 3rd place. He tries not to associate himself with ponies because he finds others to not be worth his time, but he always seems to get caught in some nonsense his friends cause. Cont. in comments

He's serious, blunt and is unintenionally oblivious to other people's feelings, which causes him to get into terrible misunderstandings. He sometimes cracks under pressure when given a big workload, but he tries not to let it show, as that kind of behavior isn't expected in a Prince. He has a hard time understanding jokes.
