While living her own life in Tokyo, she bacame affiliated with the Kira case after the task force discovered her 'life note' it can alter the effects of the Death Note. Despite it's fuc'king cheesy a$$ name, NO it can't bring victims back to life

She was invited to work with the task force to prevent deaths, and possibly hunt down Kira.
Xzuno has eyes, similar to the Shinigami eyes, but differ. Yata crafted her own death note, with altered effects, including her own take of the Shinigami eyes.
Xzuno can see names, life spans, and if that particular human's life will be ended by the Death Note. ONLY if the human's life is ended by the Death Note (DN) possesed by a human. Not by a Shinigami.
