fulgida is a second year and just turned 13! he specializes in lightning magic and prefers using his hands to cast spells but will break his wand out in a pinch!
he spends most of his time drawing and playing with his familiar gulley. gulley is a thunder orca.
fulgida is pretty shy around strangers but is goofy and weird with buds.
he carries a satchel with herbs and potions. he also carries his last resort, the mana burst potion. when drank it gives immense power for a short time. he will only use this when needed because it hurts his body.
